Every shed we build is built on-site, in one day, with no fence removal needed. We hand-carry all materials through your gate and build from scratch right in your backyard. Our standard service area is within approximately one hour of Orlando — and we regularly travel beyond that for the right job.

Our standard service area covers approximately one hour from Orlando in any direction. That includes all of the cities and counties listed above. For properties beyond that range, we may still be able to help – a travel fee will apply.

Shed permits in Florida depend entirely on where you live. Some counties require a permit for every shed. Others have generous size exemptions. Volusia County doesn’t require a permit for sheds up to 480 sq ft – the biggest exemption in the state.
