Today we’ve completed over 2,500 custom sheds across Central Florida. We build everything on-site, we never ask for a deposit, and we don’t stop until you’re satisfied. We’re bilingual – English and Spanish.

We show up to your property with our crew and all materials. We build your shed from scratch, right in your backyard, in a single day. No pre-built structures dropped by a truck. No cranes. No heavy equipment on your lawn. Everything is hand-carried in and built piece by piece on your property.

Most sheds are completed in a single day. Larger or more complex builds may take a day and a half, but we always aim to finish the same day we start.

No. We hand-carry all materials through a standard gate opening. Fence removal is never required — we work around your existing fence every time.

No. Because we don’t use heavy equipment or delivery trucks, there is no damage to your lawn, driveway, or landscaping.

Yes. We specialize in hillside and uneven terrain builds, especially in the Clermont and Lake County area. We use wood stilts and concrete pier supports to level your shed perfectly on any surface.

We serve all of Central Florida within approximately one hour of Orlando – Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole, Lake, Brevard, Volusia, Hillsborough, and Marion counties. For properties further away, a travel fee may apply. Call us to confirm.

No. We never ask for a deposit. Payment in full is due only when your shed is 100% complete and you are satisfied. Not before.

Yes. For properties within one hour of Orlando, on-site installation is included in the price. A travel fee may apply for properties beyond that range.

We can match any Sherwin-Williams paint color for your siding. Tan is our standard color and is included in the base price. Any custom Sherwin-Williams color is available as an upgrade.

LP SmartSide engineered wood siding, 30-year architectural shingles, pressure-treated floor joists, and hurricane tie-down anchors. Every shed is engineered to meet Miami-Dade wind standards – 175 mph, the highest hurricane wind rating in Florida.

Concrete blocks with auger anchors drilled into the ground as standard. For sloped or rural properties we also use wood stilts and concrete pier supports.

Yes. We build custom horse run-in shelters for farms and rural properties, especially in the Ocala and Marion County area.

It depends on your county and shed size. Volusia County allows sheds up to 480 sq ft without a permit (as of June 2025). Others like Orange and Osceola require a permit for all sheds.

That is your decision as the property owner. We build with or without a permit. Our job is to give you the information you need to make the best choice for your situation.
